1. General
- By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.- I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.2. Ordering & Payment
- Clients must fill out a commission form to place an order.- Full payment upfront via local online banking.- No refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.- Prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).- Payment must be made within 48 hours after confirmation, or the slot will be forfeited.3. Process & WIP Updates
- Completion time depends on complexity and queue but typically ranges from 1-2 weeks- I will provide WIP (Work-in-Progress) updates through a link where you can check progress.- Revisions are limited to 3 free minor changes during the sketch phase. Major changes after approval may incur an additional charge.4. Usage & Copyright
- Personal Use Only: You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers).- No Commercial Use: You cannot sell, reproduce, or use my art for profit without permission.- Do not claim my art as your own or remove my watermark.- I retain the rights to the artwork and may post it in my portfolio or social media (unless discussed otherwise).5.
